If any customer face any problem with their purchased items/products/services/premium plugins or believe it is defective and/or you are frustrated with this then please submit a refund request through forum support. Support team from Pluginbazar will assist you as soon as possible. For this we may ask a link and/or a screenshot showing the product in question is not working.

No Refunds will be offered for WordPress Plugins except  if the plugin you have purchased is –

  • Completely non-functional
  • And you asked for help through support ticket but you didn’t receive any respond in 48 hours
  • And/or Plugin description is misleading

– Then you are eligible to get a refund for the plugins you have purchased.

Pluginbazar also reserve right to refuse refunds in following situations – 

  • You have changed your mind about a Plugin
  • You bought a Plugin by mistake but you have already download the Plugin File
  • You refused to provide required access to see the issue and solve that where the plugin is installed
