After updating to the latest version of any of the above plugins, you might receive an error receiving update notifications (to pro versions) or be unable to activate the license keys on your website.
Sometimes you might also receive an error message like this below which can make you stuck.

This is really strange! whereas we are committed to providing quality after-sales service and support to our customers. Also, we are committed to providing the same taste to our free users as well.
Don’t worry! We are aware of this and have a quick solution that you can do yourself even you don’t know single-line coding.
Before sharing the results, let me share some possible reasons behind this issue you are experiencing. We found these from most of the cases come to us through different support channels.
Reasons behind such Issues
Basically, we changed our license server last month. Also, we implemented our own SDK (Software Development Kit) to improve the user experience for our users.
- When you updated the free version of any plugin (from us) and new SDK unable to sync you with the license server. So you never received an update notification whereas the pro version has also an update. And the pro version can’t work with the new SDK.
- You might also receive an error where you received an error notification in the admin bar saying something like this whereas you didn’t activate the license key yet.

The solution is really simple. Please follow the steps to resolve the problem.
Please go to the plugins folder this way:
wp-content/plugins/ Then delete the pro version of the plugin which you are using. You can use FTP or cPanel file manager to delete the older version as well if you are unable to delete it from inside the WP Admin plugins list.
Then download the latest pro version from Pluginbazar > My Account > Downloads. If you are seeing only one version, it means this is the latest version.
Now Upload and Active the pro version plugin. Remember, the pro version needs to have the free version as well to make it work.
After activating the plugin, you will be asked to activate the license key of the plugin. You can get your license keys from here Pluginbazar > My Account > License Keys. You can also see your license details from here.
If you see errors like Reached maximum activation. License key already in use on or anything like this, then, please remove the website from license manager by clicking in the Remove button.
Now Activate the license key on your website. Enjoy! You are now ready to go with all the awesome pro features.
