Supports Order Listener for WooCommerce problem with the Listener sound

hey I have a problem with the sound the order doesn’t come in and the sound doesn’t blip. can you please help me with the problem thanks

Please make sure you are using the latest version of this plugin.
In order to get a notification, you have to start the listener in a new tab in your browser.

Also please look at the settings>Custom audio and Check by Order Status and save it as default.

If you are using the pro plugin please look at the Custom Rules and set them as default.

I tried all the settings non of them worked and the plugin is the latest version

In that case, you can see the webhook. It’s inside WooCommerce Settings > Advanced > Webhook > Order Listener - On Update and Order listener.
make sure both webhook for the Order Listener are active.

try that and let us know what happned.Waiting to hear back from you.

We did not get any email for login credentials.
Please recheck the email address (admin@pluginbazar.com)
and send us the credentials at admin@pluginbazar.com with the subject: “Credential for ticket:4870”.

hey I have tried 2 time but the email come back with error Delivery incomplete
There was a temporary problem delivering your message to admin@pluginbazar.com. Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You’ll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.
