Supports Open Close WooCommerce Store Error with licence

Hi

I buy de pro version. I have a license number. In the wordpress activate process presents this:

cURL error 28: Connection timeout after 10001 ms

And license dont work

Can you please check My Account on the PluginBazar and License sections? if any domain is registered under your license key please remove it and try again to activate the license key on your desired domain.

But this license works fine since the installation. Is the same server and the same site. Only i update de wordpress.

I have worppress 6.2.2
woocomerce 7.7.0
PHP 8.0

The error is the same

cURL error 28: Connection timeout after 10000 ms

I dont have any domain in the myaccount in pluginbazar. IN the license panel i see the 0 of 1 in the status indicator indicator.

Hi,
did you use any firewall/security plugins? often firewall/security plugins trigger this issue. If so, please deactivate the firewall/security plugin and try to activate it again.

I oont have any firewall/security plugins. But this license works fine since the installation. 1 month later happen this.

the error is the same: cURL error 28: Connection timeout after 10000 ms

In the hosting help panel tell me that this error is caused by the plugin.

Can you hellp me please? I do not understand this. Initially when I bought the license everything worked fine. The plugin worked great for 2-3 weeks. This means that my hosting is fine. From one moment to another the license was deactivated and I have not been able to activate it and in “my account” I do not have any registered domain. I need a solution.

Your site was unable to connect to WordPress.org at 198.143.164.251, and returned the error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received. This appears in health of the wordpress site and the hosting says that it is an error of the plugin that looks for that IP

We suspect that the issue is specific to your site or server related. to resolve the issue we need your site access for finding the issue and come up with a solution.
